SXSW 2011 Day 3: Sunday Was No Rest Day For Me

It’s getting a little bit easier to recount just what exactly happened on this tech-infused first half of SXSW 2011 in Austin, Texas. I’m beginning to feel more caught up and am ready to share the joy and wonder that is collaborating with tech and creatives. Sunday saw no rest for me as I hit up the more tech friendly type talks and avoided the gloss that was overreaching trend-philosophy. It was the calm before the storm that was Monday. I’m glad I survived it well.

SXSW Day 3: Keep On Trucking

Okay Day 3 is over and as I’m drying off from the quick hot tub dunkin’, I’ll blast off another recap for ya.  Today saw a crazy start with the time change.  Once we finally got into the sessions, we got back on track, even though some of the panels were disappointing.  The SXSW Block Party helped pick things back up real fast.  Tonight I finally decided that the film portion of SXSW just isn’t all that cracked up to be.  More discovery on another day of SXSW, here we go!

The Pre is in the Palm of my Hand

Coming in a little late than the rest of the pack is my Palm Pre review.  Hey I was too busy playing with it, er, analyzing it to the best of my abilities so I can give a fair handshake to this polished stone looking device.  We are going to cover the hardware side of things.   We are going to cover the software side of things.  Up and downs, what’s good and what’s not, and what we have to look forward to are all topics that I will cover.  Oh, yeah, the massive cell phone search ended.  I have a Palm Pre.
